When Ian Tyson took his final bow on Sunday night of the 23rd Annual Mission Folk Music Festival, with the final notes of Four Strong Winds hanging in the air, all that was left was the traditional finale. With a goodbye and a goodnight, and “see you next year,” we all headed off into the night – tired and happy.

Thanks to all the fabulous performers, volunteers and of course audience members, for making this another festival to remember. The memories of the wonderful music that filled the weekend will sustain us throughout the coming year and we’ll see you in 2011!
