Site Box office open: 3:00 pm
Camping Gate open: 3:00 pm

- All campers must have festival tickets
- Age 18 and under must be with parents/guardian
- Families with children: Parents pay, children free (18 and under) but must camp with parents
- Available on line as part of a ticket package
The Fine Print:
· All tickets are in Canadian dollars
· Tickets are non-refundable. We are unable to exchange or refund tickets. Please treat them like cash! Your ticket will be exchanged at the box office for a wristband which is non-transferable.
· Children age 4 and under are admitted free when accompanied by an adult.
· The festival runs rain or shine.
HOW DO I GET MY TICKETS:
ONLINE:
When you order tickets online you can choose::
· eTicket: print ticket at home.
· Mail: tickets can be mailed for a $3 shipping/handling fee. Please note that tickets will not be mailed after July 7th. They will be held for pickup at Will Call at the Site Box Office. Please bring receipt and ID.
· Pick Up: pick up tickets at the Festival office (from June 13 to July 18th). After July 18th all tickets will be held at Will Call at the Site Box Office. Only the ticket buyer will be able to pick up the tickets and ID will be required.

· Full prices remain in effect at all times. There are no discounts.
· Cash, VISA, Mastercard and debit are accepted.
· Saturday evening concert tickets will be available at 5:00pm
· Sunday evening concert tickets will be available at 5:00pm
